Movers NL charges an hourly rate determined by the number of movers requested. A rough estimate or a ballpark figure over the phone does not constitute a quote. The km starts from our location on Empire Avenue.

We are not responsible for damages caused to items packed up by the customer. We take full responsibility only for those who requested packing services and packed the items by us.

For items like large appliances or any large furniture pieces which cannot be manoeuvred into your residence through narrow doors and pathways without possible damage to your residence, if you insist, we will be more than happy to help. Still, we will not be responsible for any damages caused to either the residence or the items. If you prefer not to, we could place it in another safe place, like your garage or outside the door. 

The client must disassemble all cribs. Cribs, in most cases, are designed to be larger than most doorways, so they cannot roll out. Because of the nature of all the moving parts, if the crib is not reassembled correctly, it could cause injury. 

Movers NL will not be held liable for damages to the internal workings of any electrical appliance, such as refrigerators and electronic devices, i.e., TVs, etc. With the transport of any electrical/electronic device, it is quite possible for damage to occur, which our movers do not cause. Just in the movement of an item itself, wires or circuitry can come loose inside. This is totally beyond our control and, thus, not something we will accept liability for

Personal valuables (i.e., money, jewellery, handbags, expensive items, or credit cards) must be PACKED and MOVED OUT of the home BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. No valuables should not remain in furniture to be moved. We will not be responsible for mistaken placement or accidental loss. We don't move or pack these items.

Driveways: Movers NL will not drive our trucks off the street surface or on very steep surfaces. In certain instances, time may be required to position the truck on your property or in the street. Any time spent setting the truck will be on the clock. Please be aware that positioning a large truck into some driveways may be extremely difficult. We will not be responsible for any damage to your driveway, lawn, or trees. Etc.
